announced filing with Standard & Poor's and introduction of the ``Message Board'' at the company's Web site

The Cyber Group network filed the necessary papers to Standard & Poor's on June 23, 2000, and is awaiting final assessment
to list with S&P. A spokesperson for Cyber Group Network Corp. said: ``This is extremely good news. Although we are a
