Mike, I heard about the JDSU/ SDLI deal about 5:15 this morning, it was interesting that it was not GLW. what's interesting is that before any trading started today, the 3.8 JDSU shares worked out to about 440$ for each SDLI share. the market does not seem to like deals as much this year. JDSU CEO Jozef Strauss really likes to wear his berets when he is interviewed -g-
