I'm kicking myself for not shorting them last week. The only problem I see is the "financial engineering" is very thick when it comes to accounting for aquisitions. All signs point to the business model of giving away free services and making your money off ads is dead. It depends just how cooked the books are and what type of positive spin the ANALysts can put on the situation.
