That's certainly true.

KEI is an excellent company that was overvalued by a factor of two, compared to the average multiples in its industry.

Thus, the most you could realistically hope for in shorting KEI would be a 50% drop in the stock price, compared to the peak, unless you were also counting on the industry as a whole to fall.

OTOH, OTC:BB fraud stocks frequently fall >90% over a period of 6-12 mos, regardless of what other stocks in their "industry" might do.
