Stretching and excercises controlling ones breathing are most certainly good, Emile. You should try them. You would be more relaxed and better able to concentrate on what's really important. Regarding the religions of the world: If a religion other than Christianity teaches me to love my brother as my self is that aspect of what is taught somehow tainted or suspect because it also exists in another religion. Where did Paul start when he went to preach on Mars hill -- monument to the unknown God, right. Are you looking for Satan or God? God makes Himself known to those that will seek Him and surprisingly somtimes to those who don't. Quit looking for the evil in everybody. Look for that which is good and encourage others to excel at using their gifts for God. The verse I quoted still applies. I have proved, and God has approved that my Yoga excersices are good, they afford me the oppty to meditate on God's word and relax before starting the day, -- I'm not practicing Hinduism. Give me a break! It's good to be zealous for the Word, but we're supposed to be servants of one another. How many folks have you been helping with your posts lately. Information is good, but mostly you seem out to condemn. All encouragement is not flattery. Are you married? Do you ever tell your wife that you like something that she cooked? Do you ever give your kid an attaboy for doing something right? I want to say something encouraging to you Emile, but you have to be willing to receive it. Jesus didn't openly rebuke everyone who had mistaken ideas, right? Look at the interchange with the woman at the well. Did He start by telling her she was living an immoral lifestyle and that she was a servant of Satan headed for certain destruction? No way!! I get the feeling that would be where you would start.
