CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2000--Sonoma Financial Corporation/Victormaxx Technologies, Inc. (VMAX) one of the largest payday advance operations in the greater Chicago area, announces today that they have filed their annual 10K for 1999 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
