All of that data was announced in the appropriate SEC filings. I don't know of any company that puts out PR's professing bad news about themselves. Do you? What I find interesting was the downgrade that occurred right before the Russell 3000 announcement. Makes it look like some analyst was attempting to get themselves some cheap shares. :-) JD
