I disagree. According to the CC this morning, jdsu, sdli, and etek will all have blowout numbers. Once people start to calculate administrative and manufacturing efficiencies from this deal, on top of blowout standalone numbers, the runup will commence. IMO, the risk issue here is Justice approval.
