Uh, that's sort of a stretch, and somewhat far afield. Are you perhaps basing that statement on "the best data" from "the major metastudy"?

Most psychological things aren't that well understood. These days, a lot of conditions seem to get classified by the drugs that seem to have some efficacy in treating them. The scientific basis of a lot of medical practice is often overstated. That doesn't make it a hoax, though. Chiropracty, now there's a hoax for you.
