t2, how is it not dilutive? JDSU will be issuing more shares and pay say $41 billion for $400 million in revenues from SDLI. I think there will be another swoon like in Apri/May. The only potential buffer is S&P addition, but with the number of additional shares out there, there will be some bought deals from insiders to possibly limited a ramp like in BRCM just seen. JMHO. For us Canadians, why are we paying a $4+ (can) premium to buy JDU shares instead of JDSU? Most recent trades 102 11/16 U.S. for JDSU and $158 for JDU on TSE. Later
