Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look out for?

Find out who might be a target in the active component space. Now that SDL's out of the running, who would GLW look at, for example.

Also look for trends in filters --- market for AWGs? --- and also tunable lasers.

In the metro market, ask if deployments are picking up faster than expected.

That's a start.
