Jack, thanks for even that qualified corroboration. I thought that I was beginning to imagine the scenario that we've come to agree on, but I, too, cannot find the link that led me to believe that the number was 24 * 4 = 96. Do you suppose an octogonal shaped building would yield 192? ;)
Of course, those numbers don't represent the actual number of end users' hosts, per se, rather, they represent the number of end user window "transceivers," or individual gateway "accounts," within any of which there could conceivably be a countless number of host devices and peripherals.
