blake, RE: Read the annual report, and listen to the Toshiba cc. There HAVE NOT BEEN, NOR WILL THERE BE, warrants issued in association with ANY SDRAM / DDR license. Listen to the Toshiba cc again. While RMBS management specifically stated that there has not been any warrants issued in the past, they decidedly avoided questions seeking clarification about warrants/stock that would be issued in the future based upon the Toshiba agreement, which calls into doubt the 'NOR WILL THERE BE' portion of your post.
