Ok, a while back when I pointed out how flawed Dave's Dell pricing delta was, you guys flamed me. I was pointing out that there may be a small difference at 128 MB, but it increases drastically as you add more memory. The threads answer to me was that this had been discussed before, the issue was that Dell wanted to move a lot of systems, so the high prices were to discourage going over 128 MB since DRDRAM was in tight supply. This seems to totally contradict what NEC is saying in this report. I guess they didn't see the high demand you guys did.

Jim "the FUDster" kelley, can you find a way to put a positive spin on this? You haven't let me down yet.....
