There have been a whopping 51 filings by form 144 sellers since 6/29. That's according to a Bloomberg terminal. Most are for sales of a few thousand shares or less. The biggest sale is 57k shares by James P. Maguire, No relation, of Clearwater, FL. The next biggest sale is our good friend US Loans, which is selling 45k shares, according to a July 5 filing. Next biggest are by Richard and Patrick Resing, for a combined 23 k shares. The other filings are all by individuals (not corporations etc.) and none of the names look familiar. Going farther back, before 6/29, I see a filing on 6/16 by John C. Botula to sell 142 k shares. Except for US Loans, I don't know who any of these sellers are.
