Doesn't it make someone beg the question -- When NEC resumes mass production of 288 megabit DRDRAMS..... how much royalty is NEC going to pay Rambus for the production? Will 288 megabit RambusDRAM offer better profit for manufacturers than 128 megabit? Seems to me the stoppage is a matter of waiting till some issues are ironed out. Then resume Rdram production when P4/PIV is launched. P4 processor speeds are going to be what mHz? good luck to all
