Thank-you mr mark,Ed and others,I seem to have found out why I am having problems running cookie-cleanup.It seems to have
something to do with the NMAIN.EXE and as Symantec states"Symantec is aware of the problem.Currently,there is no known solution"Amazing!!!!!However their workaround did work for me....here is the link if interested,,and Thanks.http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/cleansweep.nsf/docid/2000050915515228&src=hot
