I agree with t2. Some believe that today's selloff in GLW was d/t the perception that Corning needed SDLI more than JDSU. But frankly JDSU needed SDLI b/c they lag GLW in amplifier product. I would rather see GLW stick to smaller cos., like they have, and since they are a global operation, possibly some international acquisitions.
