July 10, 2000 K23 BULK SAMPLE RESULTS

TRIVALENCE MINING CORPORATION (CDNX:TMI - OTC BB:TMIGF)..July 10, 2000
The Company reports it has received the audit report from MPH Consulting South Africa (Pty) Ltd. (MPH)on the bulk sampling program on
weathered kimberlite (yellow ground) taken from three trenches over the K23 kimberlite. The report details the procedure and recovery methods
used in the processing of 12,065 tonnes of yellow ground a copy of the report will be filed with the CDNX. The following results are summary from
the MPH report:

**Factorized diamond grade is diamond grade plus 30% due to loss of small stones divided by factorized dry tonnes

The MPH report addresses the moisture content and absence of diamonds less than 2 millimeters as factors affecting the resultant diamond
grade of the test. The report suggests that due to moisture content and the loss of smaller diamonds, a factorized grade of 7.4 cpht is more
representative of the grade of the weathered kimberlite tested. The diamonds recovered were acidized under scrutiny of MPH personnel at the
Aredor mine site and then classified for sale into gem (161.39 carats), industrial (257.05 carats), boart (62.52 carats). The parcel was then
transported to Conakry and valued by the Bureau National d'Expertise (BNE) under the scrutiny of MPH personnel. The valuation received was
US$181.39 per carat for the gem quality diamonds and US$29.32 per carat for the industrial and boart parcel.

The diamonds from the bulk test were combined with 99.98 carats of diamonds recovered by the Company in pretests conducted on the K23
prior to the bulk test. The diamonds recovered in the pretests were sealed at the time of recovery and were opened in the presence of
representatives of MPH for classification at the mine site and valuation at the BNE. The pretest stones were recovered from approximately 6600
tonnes of brecciated kimberlite taken directly over Trench A. The BNE valued this parcel at US$31,000. The resulting parcel consisted of 509.32
carats of gem and industrial diamonds and 71.62 carats of boart. On June 27,2000 the 509.32 carats of gem and industrial diamonds sold for
US$80,000 for an average of US$157 per carat, the 71.62 carats of boart (62.52 carats from the bulk test and 9.10 carats from the pretest) were
held back as the Company places no value on these stones.

The Company is encouraged by the results from the bulk test of the yellow ground on the k23 and the subsequent sale price received for the
diamonds recovered. Following the recommendations of the MPH report, the Company will be undertaking a 2000 meter diamond drill program to
test the K23 at depth and to more clearly define the shape and phases present. "
