I think the lawyers, in the US, would have a field day if person A had a 'perfect fit' for some drug, yet person B didn't have one made to his genetic specs and died.

Also, since our drug trials take 7/8 years before approval for humans. Approval would be considerably shortened using
software e.g. clyc's
