As far as the SB-2 is concerned, on Wednesday July 5, 2000 we received what we anticipate to be our final SEC comments and this process is proceeding. Please remember that it is not uncommon for the SEC, and companies dealing with the SEC, to go back and forth several times before the SB-2 receives final approval. We will keep you informed.
