Idiots who have no experience running a business don't realize that the key, and most important, asset is the guy who sits in the big chair. You pay him what he is worth. Did anyone quibble about what Michael Jordan got paid, even though he was only one of 5 on the court? Everyone knows he made the team, period. I have been in the big chair and it has made me the money to dabble on-line in my own small way. CNC is a multi-billion dollar company. GW can make it another GE Capital in a few years. It is better to keep you mouth shut when you don't know anything about paying people rather than open your mouth so everyone can see that you had your ass kicked up to your tonsils.
