I would suggest they try to obtain an endorsement either from the Society of Automobile Engineers or get Consumers Reports to test and endorse their product. Test results from people with a vested interest in the outcome are NOT acceptable.

If STWA is reading the thread, you can check out SAE's web page at sae.org. BTW, I'm assuming Bailey was typing fast and meant the Society of Automotive Engineers.
