It's good to hear from you again, FMK. Someone had said back in a post a-ways that you would be gone for a while. It's nice to hear that the trial runs are progressing. I hope they produce good samples for analysis by prospective customers.

Have you heard if Valence will produce the finished and packaged battery, ready for insertion into the cell phone or will they just supply the raw cell to the manufacturer leaving the job of wiring and packaging the cell to them? It seems the latter would be appropriate because of the need to match the plastic shell to the product.

Have you heard how easily the production line can shift between notebook and cell phone formats? I apologize if you've addressed this before (I vaguely remember you discussing this).

I assume you've either caught up on this thread or have followed it regularly in your recent "quiet" period. What did you think of ULBI's $800K deal with some notebook mfr. and Morty Cohen's assessment of ULBI and VLNC?
