A protein c patent "situation" with lilly might sure cause
them to consider their options. Either lilly is extremely stupid to file such a patent, or there is a underling motive
like a protein c problem. Again, hats off to lilly with their protein c, I hope they get approval, and i hope they keep their grimmy paws off what doesnt belong to them.
IMO BPI is not theirs in any way, shape or form. Thanks for the validation though lilly.
