Next post: docket of Richard V. Secord's ongoing federal criminal case. Notice that the most recent docket entry was last week. Previously the case was considered closed on 06/11/1990. I discovered this on Pacer. Unfortunately most of the docket entries predate 1991, and do not appear on Pacer in electronic form. But we can see that his federal criminal case has become active again. I'm not sure what the significance of this might be. Ten years after the case was closed, is he looking for a technicality?
