Ñ, Are you suggesting that Secord is challenging the fed's case, which is already closed, or are you suggesting that the feds are reopening the case? Further action initiated by the feds is significant. The other possibility if Secord initiating a challenge to a closed 10 year can not yield anything productive. chester
