mr mark, Norton AV e-mail protection does not work for me!
Under NAV Options I checkmarked 'enable e-mail protection [recommended]' just now, again. Then I checked the box below that specifying my e-mail client [OE].

Norton said it would change server and user settings [in my e-mail program]. I opened the e-mail program and tried to receive, but got an immediate error message. I set the server and user back to the pre-Norton state and now I can receive but not send e-mail. The latter COULD be an MSN server problem, so will try again in a few hours.

PS: the queued e-mail was just sent out while I typed, so
it was a slow MSN server. My e-mail works again. :) But I
won't use Norton AV on it.

I recommend noting all e-mail settings before enabling Norton e-mail protection [I took SnagIt pictures].
