Larry what about these questions??? What are the chances of Lilly buying Xoma???? I don't believe they filed that patent just for fun like Cacaito would have you to believe. The patent was VERY SPECIFIC right down to the in depth TREATMENT PROTOCOL!!!!!!! Any idiot knows that courts don't uphold overly broad patents. The more specific the patent the better. In my opinion I think Baxter and Xoma will have to respond BIGTIME to the patent by LILLY. Lilly has their view of the future and by their patent filing BPI is part of their view of the future. WHY ARE THESE COMPANIES SO INTERESTED IN BPI????????? WHY??????? LILLY PICKED BPI TO USE IN COMBO WITH PROTEIN C................ONCE AGAIN WHY??????
