Fred Porter actually has three books that are useful to us. Cases in Competitive Strategy is different from Competitive Strategy. Competitive Strategy deals primarily with the different Industries while Competitive Advantage (3rd book) deals with firms. I don't know exactly what the difference is between Cases and Competitive Strategies since I haven't read Cases but DS has. I assume it deals with case studies<bg>? FWIW Tom
