stockgater: you and one other person (maybe Stockhawk) had questions regarding hlit recently. Sorry for taking so long to respond. I am still on vacation in Ireland where I've been travelling with my family for several weeks. I haven't been following the market closely (one of the benefits on G&K investing) so I can't provide much of an answer. I understand from the news reports there have been several class action lawsuits filed against the company regarding the merger with Divicom. I don't know more than that. I'll be back in a week and a half and will look into it further. Eric
