So much caution in the press about this merger! Maybe I'm naive, but I think its a great move on the part of both companies. JDSU is taking a page right out of CISCO's play book.

I see WR Hambrecht upped SDL's price target to 350. Brilliant. Does someone really get paid to come up with that?
