I only heard pieces of the speech. He has seemed to soften quite a bit from the conservative that he used to be known for. Looks like they want to march prices up to the negative inflation reports. Dow 11,000 and Nasdaq 4100. This'll be better for my database since the distribution of signals will become firmly overweighted at 80 percent or more in sells by then, instead of mushy overbought.
