"subscriber units and modem card products for CDMA and HDR for wireless application devices." (From latest Qualcomm press release). Think that "modem card products" are pretty clear as to what is meant (but even there, the question is used where? and how?). But would someone be kind enough to translate "subscriber units"? Assume this is phones, PDA's and other handhelds. Does it include laptops? In other words, what universe does this phrase "subscriber units" cover? And even a clue on how "modem card products" are used would be helpful. Best. Chaz
