Piffin Vegas 2000! November 2nd through the 5th at the MGM Grand hotel. Come one come all. Piffers, non Piffers, Piffer wannabes and extended families. Pets welcome. We have a great time every year and I have confirmed with Tommy that we will be doing the 500 dollar slot pull again. I put the money in, he pulls the handle and we win. There are no two ways about it. We break it down into 100 dollar entry for each person and split the winnings. The machine does one pull so 500 is all that is needed (doing the math that is 5 people). However, if more than 5 want to join in and we get 10, we'll do two pulls. Etc..... I'll call the MGM Grand to see what we can arrange for a group rate, what kind of rooms they will be etc. If you are considering Vegas please check the calendar and see if you can firm your decision. If so, post to me and I'll get a list started. Pmessage would be best. I'll post what information I need. Then, I'll collect money ahead of time and book the rooms. Now, if you don't want standard room you can do your own booking. I'll post more information on this after I contact MGM Grand. Tommy is in a weight lifting contest, he already holds a title, on Sunday the 5th. However, the event is 70 somethin' miles north of Vegas. Anyone is welcome to cheer him on and I'll get that info if anyone is interested. I hope to see a huge crowd there! We talk shop sometimes but mostly just take up the Betty Boop Bar (which may not hold us this year at all as last year we had trouble), gamble and eat! Seeing our Jorj and Gary at the Craps table is something of a show in itself. Let me know who is thinking of going. I'll post a deadline for rooms yadda yadda yadda. Maybe T-shirts this year! I like Piffin Vegas 2000 unless someone has a better idea.
