Yes. Eloquent and the choice of weasle words "or close to it."

You know that it is generally good practice to take one's ques (or queues*) from our leaders, ie "I did not have sexual relations with THAT woman!"

Note the weasle word...generally.

Anyway, are the "O" rings leaking? Again?
