Warp - re: laggards - PGO in particular

Imo, the smart way to play breakouts is with a combination of both the mo-mo fav's and the leaders... Institutions will be looking to "back & fill" on the obvious values & PGO is laggard with strong fundamentals & some new contract momenteum. As analysts meet with management - items like these 2 recent Press Releases will lead to upgrades & we have to remember that seismic is a later cycle play and BP Amoco WILL certainly be spending a nice chunk of change in the seismic sector... VTS & PGO are core owns - but, require a bit more patience than ESV RDC SII CAM WFT BJS et al...but, potentially have more ultimate upside as well - take a look at the chart moves VTS made in the 97-98 cycle for example...it was one of the 2, or 3 top upside breakout plays in the entire oilpatch and it made its move later in the cycle.
