Hello geo in denver: Corum is deliberately in default. The purchase agreement could have been honored some time ago in accordance to the agreement and despite the VSE regulations. The initial property review/ prospecting report should have been submitted to the VSE last spring after Covello Byran and Associates completed the prospecting project on the OD claims and submitted their report to CMZ. This company has never been paid by CMZ and the report was never submitted to the VSE. A second report, the geophysical airborne by Dighem, should have been submitted to the VSE by CMZ early last fall. This never happened. Take a look at CMZ's history with Frank Johnson as president. He has a pattern of operation and it is not pretty. Check his dealings in the NWT, Mexico, Newfoundland and Ontario. He does not honor his committments. Trevor
