Dawg, What kind of Journalist does the Bloomberg have to report a rumor that is put out buy a web site that is a known bear and shorts the stock? I see they didn't offer to give any evidence of their rumor. I don't think The Register was the first or the only news source reporting rumors of Dramurai suing Rambus. As far as SDRAM beating RDRAM under Intel tests, that is just reporting news, not a rumor. I think it is time that RMBS did something about this. Sue them? Joe
