Thanks for the info Kevin. This is positive news as many other help desk offerings are web enabled already. The installed base will likely be very interested in this module and will help compete for new sales. Direction is up that's for sure. BTW, I did a search for Datawatch in PCWeek, PCWorld etc. websites and found very few mentions of DWCH anywhere. Considering that DWCH is so "dark" now, I guess we should be glad to hear any peep from the company. Reinforces my belief that mgt. issues, not product deficiencies, are affecting performance now. Accordingly, I will continue to hold. Mike
