re:"admire BB and his work yet can look at his viewpoints objectively..."

Hi,

I am an on/off listener to the Bob Brinker show, and I probably fall into the category you mention.

I really like Bob's calm, measured, conservative style. He makes sense and resorts to little hype or drama. I have learned from him about the money supply and bond yields. He is a good teacher.

However, he runs a business and I would think the success of the business influences his opinions and facts he highlights on his show. Nothing sinister... just the nature of business.

For example, it appears we are waiting for Bob to call the bottom so we can plow the money back into riskier equities instead of the safe plays of cash and Fannie Mae. So, if the market rallies, he brings forth facts, as he did this last weekend, to support his contention that the markets are going lower.

Since he did not get in on the bottom of this latest rally when the Dow and NAZ were near their lows, do you think he would admit he was wrong? I think that he is strongly motivated to support his actions, that he did not get back in at the bottom, even if he was wrong.

In my opinion.

Jon :)
