Sam, as i just mentioned in my prior post, my next "target on VLNC is $26, if we take this we should be ready to see the mid $30; by the end of summer, IMTO.
As for TSEM, I fear their timing stink, they are building a fabulous fab, but it will be ready to produce just as overcapacity hit the semi's, and since a lot of the money for building the fab is coming from loans, they may have problems surviving the next downturn, unless, of course, SNDK and Toshiba have guaranteed minimum production rates, which i doubt. I would not buy more here.
