Jacob: A very cogent analysis of the situation with Q. Being a member of your first group (began to purchase in '96), I still haven't sold a share of this stock. That will change this fall not because I want to but because the law says I must. Much of my Q happens to be in my SEP/IRA from which I must withdraw the minimum annually (because I am on the far side of 70). Unfortunately, for withdrawal purposes the value of my portfolio on 12/31 reigns. C'mon everyone in group 2 or 3, buy! (Before the end of the year.) ---Jack---
