Shootie, maybe you should consider amending the thread header. The way it reads, it looks as if the use of the fund is all up in the air. "Another possibility is a theatre group where she was on the board. The name of the theatre is the Blue Heron Theatre. Neocon is working on the theatre group and will need some time to gather further details. Another possible plan is to provide a University such a Penn State with funds toward the implementation of their Medieval Gardens. It is believed that Monica would have truly enjoyed this as an adventure. Yet, another possibility is a scholarship for a young student who might choose to study Medieval History or a student with aspirations of Wall Street. In either case, certain qualifications will need to be met......none of which have been discussed as yet. Personally, the idea of funding a scholarship for "a student with aspirations of Wall Street" makes me shudder.
