The guidance that I've heard is "double digits". I've therefore always used 10%. However, I once saw an even higher estimate from someone knowledgeable...... 12%?

I'll continue to use 10%.

Regardless, it's a clean royalty.... MEDI picks up the obligation to Bazin et al.

Backed by XenoMune, AlloMune and 30% of SCS at this modest MC, I will invest hand over fist if the transition to subcutaneous phase II is made. I already have a decent chunk, from the perspective of my modest portfolio.
