FWIW, I don't think the ETEK insiders are too happy about the price JDSU is paying for SDLI, or the effect the deal has had on the JDSU stock. I'd bet the ETEK insiders were in the dark on this one. Personally, all things considered, I'm very surprised at this deal, particularly given the huge price, and coming so close to the ETEK acquisition. I never thought JDSU would move on SDLI at this juncture. One final word, and I know T2 disagrees, but it still would not surprise me to see JDSU taken out. Hey, I can dream, can't I?
