john,

Maybe you should stop challenging and start reading and learning. Your last post has clearly indicated your lack of understanding and your motivation. No one here can prevent you from post misinformation to this thread, but I will continue to meet you head on. I don't have any problem with the facts. I have been involved with CLL for three years and don't plan to leave any time soon.

I have offered to fax ANYONE the CLL nine month financials, which are available at ASE public records. I am not going to waste my time typing them up for you. If you don't want to walk to the exchange or receive them by fax or mail, than your S.O.L.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY INTEREST TO THIS POINT. NOT EVEN FROM YOU.

I stated that I would talk to the accountant and see when the year end info. will be ready...and I have. The final work is expected to be completed this week or early next. You will get them when I do.

The Pemon property is expected to be SELF FINANCING.

CASH MAYBE KING, BUT IT ONLY COLLECTS INTEREST. Cash flow from production precludes the need for equity or debt financings.

CLL's exploration commitments on the Ojolali are about $650,000 CDN for 1997. ANZ spends the first US$500,000 and then CLL/ANZ split the balance. The JV agreement between CLL/ANZ involved a large cash payment and also 1,000,000 shares of ANZ being issued to CLL.
