SJS, can't fault your logic. However, for me, it's a matter of timing. I'd rather wait a bit and see what happens this week and maybe next. We're going to get whipsawed pretty good by the arbs on this one. The arbs will clean up. There's a possibility we can, also. I moved in and out of ETEK based upon conflicting rumors that that deal would, or would not, be consummated. Most memorably, I sold some JDSU and bought ETEK a few weeks before that deal was approved when the spread was nearly $60 (a spread that had been artificially created based upon some misleading news that the deal might not go through) and watched that gap evaporate in a matter of days. IMHO, you will see the same thing happen here. Tec.
