If my mother had wheels she'd be a car. What's your point? That if someone does something with their kid and dies in the process we need to make it precedent in international law that such an act should be respected- no matter what, or only in custody cases, or only in this case? So are we going to respect ALL parents who abduct their children from their home countries and die in the process of abducting them, or only dead parents from countries with dictatorships, or only dead parents from countries with communist dictatorships, or only Cuba?
