mr.mark we apparently have the same version but under the Other version information/Product name mine says Microsoft(R)Windows(R)2000 Operating System. Probably means nothing...just thought it weird since I have 98SE. Trouble-shooting update page should help doniam solve his problem. Nice find. tc :-)
